| This meal consists of 5 or 6 eggs cooked sunny-side up mixed with sweet potatoes (sweet potatoes are boiled whole [with or without skin] and then mashed and added to eggs), a spoonful of Raw Honey, and sometimes a handful of fruit (rotating between cranberries, blueberries, blackberries, rasberries, and strawberries.)
